The Isuzu Circle of Excellence Award is awarded to Isuzu dealerships who meet five critical performance objectives set by Isuzu Commercial Truck of America. Those 5 performance objectives concern: Sales Training, Service, Parts & Warranty Training, New Truck Inventory Stocking, New Parts Inventory Stocking and Measure of Customer Experience. When customers work with Isuzu dealerships that have earned their spot in Isuzu’s Circle of Excellence, customers can be assured they are dealing with a dealership that has the most up to date training, inventory and who delivers excellent customer service.
